Servicing Kerr and Gillespie counties. Fred was a 25-year licensed insurance broker in Quebec, Canada, prior to moving to Texas. He has 20 years experience in the manufactured home construction and renovations. Fred joins his wife, Cynthia Turgeon, at Legacy Partners as a husband and wife team. Together, they offer extensive sales and administrative experience, making a well-rounded team for seller and buyers alike.
